When you contact the Dasher Support team, be sure to provide as many details as possible, such as order numbers or customer details, so they can better assist you in resolving the issue.

DoorDash requires users to verify their phone number to improve the experience on the app. When Dashers deliver items to the user, the Dasher may need to communicate with the user using SMS.

There are different ways to get support with DoorDash: If you have an issue with a live order, such as the driver is late or you need to cancel the order, you can call (855) 599-7066 for immediate help.

In JUly 2022, a consumer filed a separate class action lawsuit against DoorDash, arguing the company falsely advertises it charges no delivery fees despite adding fees in the prices of items purchased for delivery. How do I talk to DoorDash support? ›

Click on the Dispute Error Charge button on the bottom right of the screen. On the next screen, check the items you want to dispute. After you check off the item, a drop-down will appear asking you to select the reason for why you are disputing the charge. Click the Dispute Error Charge blue button.

If a Dasher's account is deactivated, they will be notified and have an opportunity to appeal. The appeals process is driven by human decision-making and oversight. In the rare instance an account was deactivated in error, our team quickly acts to reactivate the account.
