How to reset microchip pet feeder? ›

Reset the feeder to factory settings, holding down the Add Pet ( ) button for 10 seconds (until the light starts alternating red / green and the lid opens and closes).

To Set Time: 1. After powering feeder, the LCD will show a blinking 12 for time format setup. Use UP or DOWN buttons to scroll to select 12 hour or 24 hour time format. Press RIGHT button to set time.

Microchip Pet Feeders and Connect Pet Feeders:

Please note that when the lid remains open and the orange light flashes, this indicates that the feeder is in 'training mode'. Please press and hold the 'Fn'/training button for 10 seconds to deactivate the training mode.

If the router or internet is not working, try resetting the router or contact your internet provider. Power cycle the feeder by turning off the power switch. Wait 10 seconds and turn the power switch back on. Check for other devices near the feeder that use the internet or other wireless signals (such as a microwave).

Press and hold the Up button and the Down button for three seconds to reset the feeder to factory settings.

The MCLR pin can be used to generate a reset. On most PICmicro® devices the MCLR pin is always active.

Why is my sure pet flashing green? ›

Alternating green lights on the Hub aren't usually a sign of a problem. Sometimes it is due to a slow connection. The Hub will automatically reboot if it fails to connect after ten minutes. If after ten minutes you the ears are still alternating green, please reboot the hub and try again.

The Smart Pet Feeder can be reset by pressing and holding the 'feed' button for 5 seconds until a sound is heard. A reset will erase all settings and data on the Smart Pet Feeder and return it to its original factory settings.

NOTE: If the Link Indicator does not blink, press and hold the SET Button for five (5) seconds to reset the Pet Feeder.
